Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, with friendly staff, a great location close to national parks, and decent dining options. The facilities were well-kept, but there were some issues with the smell in certain areas and occasional rudeness from staff members.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms smelled like smoke, but since I didn't plan to spend much time in them, it was okay. I appreciated the hard floors instead of carpet. However, there was an initial issue with an unoccupied room that was eventually resolved. The service was friendly, but I was taken aback by a staff member revving a motorcycle in the parking lot early in the morning; it could have been more professional. The location, close to Arches and downtown Moab, was convenient, although getting onto the road was a bit challenging due to traffic. Ultimately, the affordability and proximity to attractions make this hotel a reasonable choice.
The hotel is in a convenient location near the Arches National Park and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The rooms were clean and offered a mini fridge and microwave at a higher rate. The service was welcoming and helpful, even with simultaneous tasks. The dining options had changing daily choices and were plentiful, but some dishes were not to my liking. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and comfortable.
The hotel is situated right between staff change, close to the Arches National Park. The rooms were pretty good, very clean but small and cramped to eat in when others were trying to get food on the ground floor. Service seemed disinterested and spent time watching HGTV but was tolerant of our presence, not overly friendly. The location, though small, is reflected in rates and is convenient, being close to the national park; however, it could be hard to get onto the road due to traffic at the busy intersection. The classic continental dining with all necessary items was average; Facilities are adequate. Price was fair given the value received, but some areas need improvement.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the bright side, the location is quite handy for easy access to everything within the property. However, I was a bit disappointed with some cleanliness issues in my room and the lack of a pleasant view. Despite the chilly outside temperature, my room was ready for occupancy when I arrived in Moab.
