The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, with friendly staff, a great location close to national parks, and decent dining options. The facilities were well-kept, but there were some issues with the smell in certain areas and occasional rudeness from staff members.
Rooms
8.0
The rooms were clean and far better than the building and common areas, despite a musty smell occasionally.
Service
6.0
The service was a mix of rude encounters and very friendly interactions, particularly with housekeeping.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was great for hikers, being close to both Arches and Canyonlands national parks, but a bit far from certain attractions and occasionally had cleaning smells near the janitor's room and hot tub area.
Dining
7.0
The dining options ranged from grab-and-go to decent varieties like eggs and bacon, offering a mix of comfort and convenience.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were comfortable overall but had some musty and chemical smells in certain areas, possibly from cleaner and bleach use.

6.8/10
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms smelled like smoke, but since I didn't plan to spend much time in them, it was okay. I appreciated the hard floors instead of carpet. However, there was an initial issue with an unoccupied room that was eventually resolved. The service was friendly, but I was taken aback by a staff member revving a motorcycle in the parking lot early in the morning; it could have been more professional. The location, close to Arches and downtown Moab, was convenient, although getting onto the road was a bit challenging due to traffic. Ultimately, the affordability and proximity to attractions make this hotel a reasonable choice.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms, while smelling like smoke, were suitable for our adventure-focused stay with hard floors and a lack of carpet. There was a slight hiccup with an unoccupied room before arriving at our final one.
Service
6.0
The service was friendly, although a staff member revving a motorcycle in the parking lot early morning was not the most professional touch.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location, extremely close to Arches National Park and within walking distance to downtown Moab, was a huge plus. It was also convenient for exploring the area.
Dining
6.0
However, the available choices were adequate for my needs despite the slight slope in the parking lot.

The hotel is in a convenient location near the Arches National Park and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The rooms were clean and offered a mini fridge and microwave at a higher rate. The service was welcoming and helpful, even with simultaneous tasks. The dining options had changing daily choices and were plentiful, but some dishes were not to my liking. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and comfortable.

The hotel is situated right between staff change, close to the Arches National Park. The rooms were pretty good, very clean but small and cramped to eat in when others were trying to get food on the ground floor. Service seemed disinterested and spent time watching HGTV but was tolerant of our presence, not overly friendly. The location, though small, is reflected in rates and is convenient, being close to the national park; however, it could be hard to get onto the road due to traffic at the busy intersection. The classic continental dining with all necessary items was average; Facilities are adequate. Price was fair given the value received, but some areas need improvement.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the bright side, the location is quite handy for easy access to everything within the property. However, I was a bit disappointed with some cleanliness issues in my room and the lack of a pleasant view. Despite the chilly outside temperature, my room was ready for occupancy when I arrived in Moab.
Rooms
7.0
My room was small and looked out on a strip of sand with junk and rocks scattered about. Despite the room being a bit small, it was ready for occupancy and decent for a short stay.
Service
8.0
The service here was very nice and helpful. The staff were quick to respond to my needs and even accommodated me for staying an extra night. They provided me with a quilt, a nice TV, and good lighting, which I appreciated.
Location
8.0
The location was handy to everything in the hotel, and it was a short drive to Arches National Park. While it was not as close to some places like the Brewery as I would have preferred, it was convenient for my visit to Arches National Park.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was nothing extraordinary. The gyu-don dishes were decent, but there is certainly room for improvement to make the dining more memorable.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel facilities were average, with ongoing improvements noted during my stay. However, the slope in the parking lot was a bit inconvenient for me.
